A Landmark Oceanfront Community
Key Colony No. 1 Condominium is part of the larger Key Colony complex, a gated oceanfront community located adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean on Key Biscayne, Florida.
The Key Colony complex consists of four independently operated condominium buildings—Botanica, Emerald Bay, Tidemark, and Oceansound—constructed during the 1970s and 1980s. With approximately 1,200 residential units, it remains one of the largest and most distinctive residential communities on the island.
